If you received the package with damage to the product:
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it if there is damage to the product when you receive the package (bubbles popped, missing product, etc.)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

- We will accept a return of the products for a refund of your purchase price, less the original shipping and handling costs, provided such return is made within 14 days of delivery with valid proof of purchase and provided such products are returned unopened and in their original condition. You are responsible for all shipping and handling charges on returned items unless otherwise specified. You bear the risk of loss during shipment.
Refunds are processed within approximately 14 to 30 business days of our receipt of your merchandise. Your refund will be credited back to the same payment method used to make the original purchase on the Website.
